The Dirty Mac sessions featured John Lennon on rhythm guitar & vocals, Eric Clapton on lead guitar, Keith Richards on bass, & Mitch Mitchell on drums. The sessions took place at Intertel Studios in Wembley on December 10 & 11, 1968, for the Rolling Stones’ Rock & Roll Circus. They also do a track called Whole Lotta Yoko, where Yoko Ono comes out & just screams a bunch while they jam. God I want to strangle her. You have no idea.

It’s kind of absurd that Lindsey Buckingham is arranging these songs on Rumours that Stevie is writing about him (Silver Springs, Dreams, the Chain), & the arrangements seemed to indicate that he knew what she was going through on a really profound level. The tension is probably most evident in Silver Springs… Lindsey’s guitar is almost crying in his guitar solo, & the anguish in Stevie’s pleading towards the end is so affecting. “Lindsey had an amazing way of taking my songs & making them wonderful… when he was happy with me.”

This is from Future of the Left’s second record. Future of the Left is Andy & Jack from Mclusky. And some other dude with a long ass name. This song is pretty rude.
“Yeah, sure, satan rules, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be practical.”
